|
napoleon dynamite
just finished it ... funnier than shit. |
I just watched most of Aliens, the special edition that was on the Quadrilogy set, with all that extra footage. Pretty sweet, Ill watch the rest tomorrow or something....
|
Shaun of the dead. Pretty funny!!
|
Not a horror....well maybe....
I saw The Life And Death Of Peter Sellers. Geoffrey Rush is always amazing and was eerie in the role, he fit it so well, but I was disappointed that it was too focussed on the negative aspects of his life and little on the genius that he was. The guy was a master....... |
Shrek, Anastasia, and the last Olsen Gang movie from 1998.

goodfellas
last horror movie- urban legend. |

didnt think it would be so sad (as in teary .... not bad) |
Ripper: Leter from Hell
F13th pt VIII Jason Takes Manhatten Night of the Demons |
the punisher.
|
Ong-Bak. (Thai)
Badass martial arts action...all the stunts done by the actor himself, I wouldn't mind getting an OFFICIAL copy of the dvd though, because the subtitling in the version I got was SO BAD, that 90% of it was like they'd just got an english dictionary and selected random words out of it. It's all about the fight scenes tho, I doubt the storyline was all THAT good anyway. |
I rented Underworld today on DVD.

I think Geoffrey Rush is becoming one of my favoirite actors now. I have yet to see him in a role that he didn't own! |
I watched Resident Evil 2 over the weekend [ not bad for what it was and the girl who played Jill was a real cutey]. Also watched Anchorman, and this was better than I thought it was gonna be, as long as you watch it in the right frame of mind.

the man was a genius, no doubt about it. but apparently he was a very difficult person. its always the comedians that have the demons. Which is probably why they feel the need to make people laugh .. to get their love and admiration .. Out of every comedy duo the straight man was always the balanced guy and the funny man - the fuckup in real life.. |

I just finished watching Critters, a great overlooked 80's movie.

I know little of what's going on there, but I'd love to see another c&c film, provided it wasn't one of the shitty ones like "get out of my room", damn that SUCKED....it was just, BORING. The two "smoke" films were pretty good, yknow, if you're in the right frame of mind. I'd really like to see what they would do nowdays, if it would be oldskool, or be trying to compete with the endless teen comedies coming out (please dont), or a hybrid of the two...which could be ok. Hmm....I wonder if they WILL end up making "Harold and Kumar go to Amsterdam"... |
i enjoy c & c but another movie isnt neccesarry
|
The Silence of the Lambs

absolutely The Changeling was better .. Just similar themes... (ghost cant rest - ghost needs resolution - ghost torments some poor person until they do their work for them) gothika wasnt a great movie by any means .. |
