youre a lucky bastard!!! I allways thinks that vinyls sounds a 100 times better that cd's.

Otherwise I think that it's a great ost, with a great mood. And it's always great listen to M. Rourke scream: I know who I'm!!!!

yeah i love the soundtracks that put you right back into the movie when you listen to them..

Jacob Singer 06-23-2006 06:06 AM

Yeah, I feel the same listtenig to The Shining OST, a great colection of instrumental tracks made by Kubrick for his own film. I saw this on vinil but it cost over 40 euros just 'cause it's out of print....I realy don't know if it's re-edited on cd

You really should support your absolute favorite bands by buying their CDs and maybe merch, if you like it and it's at a reasonable price, especially if you listen to a lot of small/indie/underground bands. ;)

GOD!!! Now that brings back memories...lol!!
"Peace Sells." absolute fave from Megadeth.....most of Black Sabbath, namely 'Sabbath Bloody Sabbath"....have just discovered HIM, purchasing albums "Dark Light" n "Deep Shadows and Brilliant Highlights"....another recent discovery for oneself is Disturbed, album "Believe". LOVE N.I.N.
I enjoy Opeths newy.."Ghost Reveries"....and um....I hav to confess I'm quite the Nickleback fan....lol.

Anyway...I've quite a large and eclectic music collection tho but hav grown a little bored of it...I'm on the prowl for reapin new blood so any suggestions would be greatly received!!
As i said, I'm musically eclectic..mood dependin, so feel free with your suggestions and I'll certainly take em into consideration. Cheers!!!

not the best but theres worse out there!!!
Gotta love their songs "A.D.I.D.A.S." and "Freak on a Leash" tho!!!

Jay Gordon of Orgy(WHERE THE HELL DO I PICK THESE GUYS UP FROM!!? I've looked in just bout every store my end to no avail...miffed!!), does a haunting yet strong rendition of "SLEPT SO LONG"..love it!
David Draiman of Disturbed does an awesome "FORSAKEN" and Chester Bennington of Linkin Park does a fantastic "SYSTEM". (both from the "Queen of the Damned" cd)-whole album's pretty damned good actually but these would be my faves.
