Pink Floyd..."Wish You Were Here"

So, so you think you can tell Heaven from Hell,
blue skies from pain.
Can you tell a green field from a cold steel rail?
A smile from a veil?
Do you think you can tell?
And did they get you to trade your heroes for ghosts?
Hot ashes for trees?
Hot air for a cool breeze?
Cold comfort for change?
And did you exchange a walk on part in the war for a lead role in a cage?
How I wish, how I wish you were here.
We're just two lost souls swimming in a fish bowl, year after year,
Running over the same old ground.
What have we found? The same old fears.
Wish you were here.

Thanks, Sis...But that sucks...I wouldn't be able to do it...My mother asked me to sing at her funeral...Who's gonna feel like playing and singing when their parent has just died? :(

Or so his marketing department would have us believe...

I'd love to play wish you were here or something similar at my parents funeral, granted it would make me all the more sad, but i think it would help in a cathartic way......atleast to my OWN mentality...
