external hate is almost always the externaization of self-loathing

you reap what you so... send hate, anger and rage out and you get it right back

send kindness, compassion and respect out (sincerely, not half-assed) and it comes back to you as well

I find the exact opposite. The bigger the asshole the more he has.
I am trying so hard to forgive and let go of all the pain I felt in my marriage and try and become a better person but it is a serious chore to see my self-centered, egotistical, thinks the world revolves around him, ex- have a GREAT fucking life. He causes so much pain not only to me but everyone he comes into contact with.
My 9 year old actually skipped and sang through the house after he moved his shit out- that's pretty fucking heavy in my book.

He will never see or care how mean he is and will never reap what he sows-I mean it hasn't happened yet and by my count, he's been a prick most of his life.

The strong, arrogant survive- the humble and hard working get eaten for breakfast and shit on every day.

There is only one person anybody ever truly hates, and that is...

Ben Affleck.

I generally don't hate people. I'm a pretty laid back guy who is polite and nice to people and get treated the same way in return.

Unfortuately I work in a prison commissary and I'm trapped in a room with the only two people I truly hate for 8 hours a day. One is my coworker who is a complete asshole who only thinks of himself and needs to talk shit about everybody else all day long so he can feel better about himself. The other is my manager who can be nice when she wants to, which isn't very often, every other time she will yell and scream at you in an attempt to start an argument. It is just yelling and screaming and cursing all day long for 8 hours and since I'm locked in a room with them I can't go anywhere to get away. For about the past 6 months I haven't talked at work, except when I'm talking to an inmate, I just sit around waiting to get the fuck out.

Like I said though other than my manager and coworker I'm cool with pretty much anybody.
