If it wasn't for the ultrabad TCM remake Hulk would be the worst I seen all year.

I want to blame studio intervention b/c I can see some exec guy saying "It's a comic book movie, he has to fight a supervillain. No one will see this piece of shit without a supervillain. Nolte.....you're a supervillain now."

Yeah but they could have made him fight some supervillian that was already created. Was the Hulk Marvel or DC comics? I think he was Marvel.. Wasn't Dr. Doom Marvel too? They coulda made Nolte into Dr. Doom, then at least it would have made sense.

Instead they turned him into an animorphous blob that could do whatever he wanted. What the hell kinda villian is that? Not a good one anyway.

Yeah, he's marvel. I think they are doing a Fantastic Four movie though, so Doom will no doubt show up there. There's even a rumor that Sean Astin might direct it.
