dawn = perfection, it even has a whole eden element to it...
day = much darker, oppression everywhere, but in the end they get what they diserve.

Though i love them both, dawn cant be beat.

what do you think of night of the living dead? I personally loved it

overrated

I give NOTLD much credit because it was the film that of course began the trilogy and was classic for the time. Over the years though I've lost interest of the first one and flocked two both of the sequels. The original started the story but the sequels perfected it.

honestly, when i watched NotLD i was about 14, so it was a while ago and i havent seen it sence...but i remember not really thinking it was that great. I was a lil shit back then and probally couldent look past the Black and white, id like to see it again but i traded my copy (which encluded reefer madness) for RepoMan...sigh...what was i thinking, you can get that anywhere

yea that's true. i guess i'm thinking more of flyboy (steven?) and the fact that white guys (and women) always survive. rog and ken made a great team and that buddy thing was indeed palpable. good thing about dawn is, there is no *true* survival though. everyone is still f*cked! one of the reasons that i love slaughterhouse so much is that (SPOILER, NOT THAT ANYONE CARES) the human piglet is about to stab that girl right in the face as the movie ends. niiiiice
