Freddy is so much fun, and the idea that he can get you in your nightmares makes for more original deaths than just getting hacked to pieces.

Who would win in a fight doesn't really matter as stated a million times but in the scenario in Freddy vs. Jason.... Jason has a serious handicap due to the fact that Freddy has already caused all the victims to be sleep deprived. So Freddy is still better.

They both rock, but I would rather choose Jason than Freddy...

I think Jason had an edge over Freddy. No amount of super natural powers can beat a guy who can comeback to life over and over and over again.

I can't remember which one, it was one of the later ones where they don't explain how he came back

In Jason goes to Hell he was dead but his soul was passed on through people eating his heart .... basically...

All I remember from the movie was Jason's head looking like a toe, Kane Hodder playing someone besides Jason, and the black dude talking about hot dogs and donuts.

Yeah, but my key point in this debate is... Jason doesn't dream... Didn't they have to completely sedate him in the movie to make Freddie take him on?

I still maintain that Jason won - Freddy's weakness: Must use sleep to get victims.
