How about a slight modification of one of the suggestions, just "Cafe Blood"--sounds chic, trendy, a little edgy.

ok, there have been numerous people trying to figure out what in the hell to call this place. we decided to drop the word cafe from the title since we are a lot more than that, and it just sounds a little cheesy. soooo, we have decided to go with simply "THE CRYPT", thoughts???

You have to make it clear that it's a place that you eat. Crypt could imply anything.

"the Eating Crypt. For Eating food."

hmmm....not sure about this one. Nice play on words but i'm not sure THE BLOODSHED would be the first thing that pops into my mind when i'm getting a bit peckish for nosh.Lets see what others think.
