Would you buy her as a heroine in a gory, rated R horror film? This is a distinct possibility and I would like to gauge public opinion on the casting choice.

.

Yes!

Put her under extreme emotional and physical distress!:)

CryptKeeper13 05-29-2007 06:42 PM

Yes I would.... Kinda got a thing for her..

Mictlantechutli 05-29-2007 07:07 PM

I'm not sure about her

Dante'sInferno 05-29-2007 07:13 PM

Like i said,if she dies in the movie.I will go see it.

chaibill 05-29-2007 09:11 PM

i didn't know who she was until i read her name but don't remember what she was in but if she is interested in the role then thats a plus
and she has name recognition
" Hilary Duff in a role you have never seen her in before " shot of Duff drenched in blood breathing heavily. title screen. end of trailer

If the Director of this movie can coax a strong performance out of Miss Duff and the script is good then I would have no problem going to see this, who is the Director BTW?
There have been plenty of failures when a child/teen star goes into more adult roles but there is the odd success,Jodie Foster springs to mind,I don't think anyone watching Freaky Friday would have imagined that this young girl would go on to win two Oscars for powerful performances as a rape victim and a F.B.I Agent on the trail of a serial killer.

The only thing i hate about Hilary Duff and actresses like her
are the way thier hair never gets messy or make up out of place
not to mention the way they talk..'shivers''

i hate them .

She is very obvious as a modern choice!

and don't worry, SF - no one in this film will have perfectly un-mussed hair. Everyone gets filthy and wet (bloody)
