A few I forgot...

Red wine in cooking...generally the "lighter" stuff.
I like to drink some full bodied red wine, like a merlot to drink, particularly with seafood. Good for ya, and I like it.

Another thing I LOVE is stones ginger wine...great mixer, great on it's own, great for cooking...godly stuff.

Beer I guess, but I'd much rather get stoned than drunk so where's the pot option?

I'm getting into Absinthe. I've got to go easy on the bottle because it's a small bottle, and illegal in the US. I learned, fortunately, after my first drink experience that you're supposed to mix it with water, sugar, and lemon juice, as there's a lot of alcohol in it.

However, I do like tequila alone or in various mixed drinks. (There's a little dive Mexican joint under an overpass in Charlotte, NC that makes the best margaritas outside of Cabo San Lucas).

I also dig wine, Ravenswood, to be exact. They're Zinfandel (red) is really good for a ten dollar bottle wine.
