I have some dumbells at home, with about 20kgs on each. It's not much, but I don't really lift to increase in size, I'm large enough in the arms/shoulders dept anyway...I just do it to keep 'em as they are.
I don't belong to a gym, but when my mountainbike's roadworthy (busted tyre) I ride quite a bit, not to mention I walk quite a bit everyday. At college I have a lot of chopping and mixing and carrying heavy stuff, so, yeah, that does me for now. I would LIKE to establish a more cardio/abs based system...when I have time, I'll be getting on to that. |
As far as supplements I'm getting more into stacking different things. I like Xyience but I've just started experimenting with this stuff. Used to be big into protein and then some creatine but then went to mostly B vitamins for energy.
