i think the deal is .. that a lot of regulars have been missing .. and since the gals are a smaller part of the general population its more noticable.. Especially since we all like them :)
i noticed that Haphazard, I Still Know, and a few others have been AWOL as well.
Probably due to the epic amounts of stupidity we had for a while.
Not just the dick pictures either. I almost packed it in because for a while there was nothing but the ramblings of public school kids - it changed the atmosphere drastically. I said before i have no problem with young people who can post maturely (and i dont mean everything serious .. i'm talking about how they carry themselves) but i was attracted to Horror for the blend of humor and serious discussion - not because it was a g rated kiddie forum.
At any rate, some left, and some grew tolerable and i think things are getting a bit better.
There's always going to be stupid shit from time to time ..i just hope it takes more than that to drive off the contributers ...
(not just the folks that post horror related content .. i enjoy the other conversations as well ... even the goofy ones) |
