There are three Nightmare movies I like and 1 TCM movie I like, so I'll have to go with Nightmare.

Ah, a tough one.....the first of each series scared the heck out of me when I was a kid.....and I like more of the A Nightmare On Elm Street series.....BUT The Texas Chainsaw Massacre had more of an effect on me....
