Faceless (1987)

Well, this was a pleasant surprise. Apparently, the director is known primarily for his erotic films, but Faceless gets pretty nasty in a not-so-sexy way (subtle hint: hot women lose their faces).

NIGHT OF THE DEMONS 1988

Hammer posted that she was going to be watching this, and unsure if I'd seen it or not, I found it and watched it myself. I LOVED IT!! I don't know how I missed it back in the day. I have enjoyed so many films just from reading about them on this forum.

All Hell breaks loose at a Halloween party in an old mansion that once was a funeral home. Cheese runs rampant here!!!

Lots of cheesy 80s goodness right there! Glad you enjoyed it!

I'm watching The Legend of Hell House right now. Love Roddy McDowall!

TBL, don't stop there. Move right into Night of the Demons 2. It doesn't quite have the same atmosphere of the orig., but it is just as cheesy and sports numerous cool practical FX. I'm probably in the minority in my preference for Pt. 2.

I, Madman (1989) -- 5/10

The premise of fiction becoming reality through an unwitting agent has been a fave of mine for quite some time. The directing and acting were forgivably spotty, while the FX and the script itself barely met mediocrity.
