I was rather enchanted by this movie, Villain, it had a sweet strange-ness to it.

Yeah more like a dark fantasy than horror. Would've received a better rating from me but the beginning was boring and they didn't establish any rules for the dream world so it got confusing

Spot on that it would get confusing and a dark fantasy describes it perfectly.

The creepy parts with the nightmare father were really good though

Beyond the Darkness (aka Bui Omega) (1979)

Pretty decent exploitation splatter flick that lives up to its reputation. I'm sure most people have seen it, but I finally got around to it.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME 1981

A teenage girl struggles to recover from a tragedy while her friends seem to be randomly disappearing.

This was like most 80's slasher movies, which is alright with me, but they ramped it up a bit with the storyline. Pretty decent.

ROBOT JOX 1989

Pretty much loved this movie. In one possible future, gargantuan robots duke out the property rights for the world. They are manned by the top "jox" much like the Power Rangers in the Megazord.

Definitely sci-fi but scary for me because I'm afraid of robots. But they were very cool.. :danger:
