Make a photobucket account. Then search for the picture you want when you find it right click on the picture and click Save as... Then go to your Photobucket upload the picture and when its done click view picture. On the side you will see many picture pasting options click on the IMG code and it will copy automatically. Then paste here and done.

If you go back to page 146 you will see that I posted the same exact thing earlier.
