Great adaptation of the Poe story about religious fanatics circa 16th century. Lance Henriksen takes a great turn as the Grand Inquisitor, one of his best roles IMO. Another great early Charles Band production. Full Moon Films was at its best when it was just getting off the ground. Things began changing when the money started rolling in.

Ditto! Absolutely loved it when I first saw it just about a year ago! Found it pretty cleverly done, an utterly creepy gem for a TV movie. I think it can be consider as the granddaddy for today's all these found footage/POV flicks:). Highly recommended to those who still haven't seen it yet.
