For whatever reason I always thought veal was deer.

it is quite a bit less common than pork , beef, poultry, so that is understandable. Deer is Mutton.

Or is that sheep? oh for christs sake, i dont know.

I get a kick out of Mothman's response. Poor little cow...

Fuck piglet!

good point.

the pictures did it for me on this one, besides steak I'll take pork over beef but I wouldn't want to eat that.

turns out, something can reach beyond 100%. My situation here is at about 176% and climbing.

But i think it warrants an entire new thread to cover it.

Which is a more frightening but tasty use of an animals dead child for food?

the picture of the suckuling is actualy of a baby sheep.

ChEEbA 02-24-2005 05:48 PM

No, it's not.
It's a suckling pig, and a rather mature one at that.

I don't condone eating young animals either way...however, I ahve tried both of these, and on personal preferance, a spit roasted pig is great, regardless of age.

I wouldn't eat it too often, and mine would have it's head removed (god, the thing looks tasteless...), but yes, I'd prefer the pig.
