I don't think it's a matter of people not being interested. I think the holiday got in the way of people checking in to HDC. Plus, the first part was over. They're probably waiting for the second part.

ok I will go and post first round matches and put a 72 hour time limit for voting on the first round.

Id like to think that but it doesn't look like anything amazing. I wasn't a fan of all the ridiculous jump scares in the trailer.
