I'm seeing a preview screening of the new "Total Recall" in about 5 hours.
I'm presently about half way through the 90's version.

We shall see...

Watched The Ward last night. Enjoyed it, and am surprised that no one gave it away. Was very surprised by the ending.

RE: Total recall '90 - I just noticed the mutant guy with the really fucked up head?
It's Hank from Breaking Bad.
That's one BB guy per movie.

Total Recall 2012
After seeing the original recently...this version was Kind of stripped down in some parts, and kind of expanded upon in others.
While it's still futuristic...it kind've lacks the more far out elements the "Mars" version of the film had.
It had gadgets again, though this time nothing seemed so "whoah..." as I remember feeling when I first saw the '90 version, as well the scale of the original just felt more epic.
The plot was less open to interpretation which I also feel was a slight failing in some way.
It's an entertaining enough film, there's not much "wrong" with it, and while I enjoyed it I wouldn't add it to my personal collection in any great hurry.

...2nd time.

A childhood dream come true. Amazing in every way possible. Can't wait for the BD.
