MADHOUSE

Guys I have been recommended to this book, and into quarantine I am listening audio version of it. I will highly recommend to all of you, to at least listen up the first chapter.
Book is MADHOUSE by Miguel Estrada.

Synopsis
Faced with his parents' divorce, 11-year-old Lucas runs away from home in the hope that his family will get back together to find him. While walking through the empty streets, he is picked up by a mysterious woman who offers to take care of him and provide him with a loving family.

The boy then wakes up in shackles, confined to a bed in a decrepit house in the middle of nowhere and will have to face his deepest fears in order to survive in his new home.

There's a girl (LEAH) who is unaware of her paternal family's history, because it has been hidden from her. When she finds out about them, there is a disturbing curse entailed which affect every woman to be born under the hansen family. The curse is that after 7 years of her first menstrual cycle she is killed, murdered or tortured some how some way... But Leah knows and comes into contact with the demonic entities that have caused this disturbing drama.

(This is a book i am currently reading, and let me tell you it is CRAZY!!!)

RETURN OF THE LIVING DEAD-John Russo. Two different books with the same title. The first one takes place ten years after the events in the 1968 film.

This one is a Tie-In to the 1985 film and pretty funny in spots.

Stephen King's The Stand. Still at the point of trying to wrap my head around the many characters being introduced. Quite a relevant choice, given the current global situation, though I did not go in with any prior knowledge of its plot.
