Just found out one of my old Air Force friends passed away. Dammit, she was younger than me! All you older folks (50 & over), make sure you get colonoscopies!

Sorry for your loss. My grandpa passed away last year so I could kind of relate though it's different if the person is younger than you. ::sad::

I am really sorry to hear that hammer...

In other news I am now officially single. Kind of happy to be free but sad that I gave someone I loved more than anything 11 years of my life only to be shit on.

I just had my colonoscopy and all turned out OK. One polyp but no C.
