Is the declining quality of the Scary Movie franchise a satire of how horror sequels are usually worse than the last one?

I think it is more a matter of perspective. I doubt that the people who made the series had creativity in mind.

It isn't just the Scary Movie series, all the "such and such" Movies are god awful. Date Movie. Epic Movie, Superhero Movie etc.. they are all horribly written.

Also my animal skulls, lights, and bats. I don't really consider them Halloween decorations. Just decorations. I need to make room for me though. My doorway is quite cluttered with pumpkin garland, lanterns, and weapons. AND if I can dig out my Christmas stuff I'd really like to start decorating for that. At this rate I'll have to make more decorations. My Christmas stuff is quite buried. 8|
