Unfortunatly I didn't graduate. I've been working full time, at the same damn job since the day after I turned 16..and STILL make less than 20k a year..or right about.

sometimes thats better, are you at least 19 now? If you have a kid you get more money and if youre married you get even more and if you are both then you will never have to pay back the goverment for anything. You could get a highschool diploma in less than a year. That could also be part of your problem with the less than 20,000 a year. Also I found that if I can budget just right, I can save 10% of every paycheck for a rainyday fund, it helps when its the end of the month and money to owed and all you have left if $10. (which, btw, is more money than Ive had all week)

Yeah, I'm 22,,but not married,,,no kids....and I'm none of the other things the goverment here likes to assist. I've tried to do the budget thing, and put back...but it's impossible for me. I'm so behind on everything, and have 10 bucks for 2 weeks, and no groceries.......I dunno, I just needa change, now.

go dumpster diving sister! When pizza places close call them up and ask nicley if they will either hold the left over pizzas for you, or ask them to leave them on top of the dumpster. We got 15 pizzas a 1/2 a pack of smokes a bag full of doughnuts (garbage bag full, krispy kreme has the best food waste policy) and a case of coca cola that was one day old. Grocery stores and pizza places and krispy kreme, they are all clean and a lot of times the kids that work there don't give a shit. You can freeze pizza, and the best part... its free! Grocery stores are the best for dumpster diving if you like fruit.

Oh lord! My dad is like kinda homeless, and does that shit! Maybe I can learn from him. I just tend to like the finer things in life myself:p

maybe thats why youve been over budget... Thats how my friends and myself eat when we are crossing the country, or if we are at home. Shit we figure if you can eat free, why not? You can use your nose, eyes and taste to see if the food is going to be good for you or not. Its really not as scary or trashy as it seems.

sounds like the same thing as when the employees take home the leftovers.
