The story was decent that needed to be told in a shorter length. So to portray it in a one & half hour long film the pace turned out pretty slow which killed much of the 'entertainment value' of the film.

Beware (2010)

The story & gore parts weren't bad for a typical slasher but the script & acting were pretty bad.

Just finished watching "May". Enjoyed it. Not 100% sure about the ending, but guess it's open to interpretation. The opening scene, though, I think, is excellent. I like how the character develops and you can see her slipping further and further into insanity as the film goes on. And you can almost pinpoint the exact moment she finally snaps completely. Not bad at all.

The Lost Boys- The Thirst

Checked it out due to many saying it was better than The Tribe. With me being a Lost Boys fan I was dissapointed with The Tribe but I did enjoy The Thirst as it mostly had Edgar Frog as the lead but I did wish Alan was in it a little more.

I do hope they decide to do a Series with Edgar and Alan Frog later on

Not Quite Hollywood: The Wild, Untold Story of Ozploitation! (2008) & Machete Maidens Unleashed! (2010)

Fantastic stuffs! Thoroughly enjoyed it. As I've seen only 2 or 5 Ozploitation flicks & only Black Mama-White Mama that shot in Philippines, so I was prepared with a pen & paper to write down all the titles of those awesome unseen films and already added plenty of them in my want-to-see list. Oh, sooo many more movies to watch! I wish I could have them all in a box set.

The Woman In Black

Seriously creepy and a really good story that is played out excellently. I forgot how it felt to watch a movie that was genuinely scary and not just filled with lame jump scares.
