He didn't say it was the last scene, he just said he hoped it was in "the final cut." The final cut is a term that means it made it in the finished version of the film.

Though it starts with the final credits of 1st film "The Human Centipede (First Sequence)", but then the camera pulls back & we see this is playing on a laptop and the lead on this sequel Martin, seating in a toll booth in a parking garage is watching the film. And we gradually become know that Martin is a freaking fan of the original/1st movie....and thus HC 2: FULL SEQUENCE is not a follow up of the first film as the story this time revolves around in the "real world" and the first film (1st Sequence) comes here with a reference as a "Film"; not some events that happened some time ago. But an actress played a role in the 1st film reappear in this sequel by just portraying herself as an actress.

I meant final cut as in, they left it in the finished movie, and not said "that's fucking ridiculous, cut that bit out".
