Bad Santa is a great flick. I usually catch it on TV round Christmas each year.

I didn't mind Forgetting Sarah Marshall caught it when I was stuck for something to watch in a motel awhile back. I was expecting it to be shit but it was an alright distraction. But yeh not overly funny at all and fairly forgettable.

---------------

Red Riding Hood

Nowhere near as retched as I was expecting but not much to recommend either.

I only watched that movie because Gary Oldman was in it. Not that bad though. A little too twilighty but not terrible.

Suspect Zero

Got this one from Rayne's book box. :)

I liked it. It was a little hard to follow at first but it all came together at the end. Interesting story and good performances from Aaron Eckhart and Ben Kingsley.

Ditto. The Devils is truly a magnificent & powerful film indeed. Oliver Reed gave one of his greatest performances, IMO. I'm sure you've seen Mother Joan of the Angels (1961) also...another brilliant film that comes with the sequel story of The Devils.

Oh totally, I loved Mother Joan of the Angels. There's also that segment in Häxan that deals with the Loudun possessions.

"Joe Kidd" (1972)
-Clint Eastwood, Robert Duvall

Plot: IMDB
An ex-bounty hunter reluctantly helps a wealthy landowner and his henchmen track down a Mexican revolutionary leader.

Phantom's Review: Despite a great cast, director and writer, this is probably my least favorite Eastwood western. It's decent film, it just isn't all that exciting. The acting is fine but the film just lacks. Not a bad film, just not as good as I hoped it would be.

The Adjustment Bureau

Thought the ending was stupid.

I liked it but i agree with you on the ending. Not stupid but just too neatly wrapped up for my liking.
