But sadly...it just turned out a complete piece of crap! >>: F The Tunnel (2011) Terror in the Tunnels of Sydney! A POV-Docu style Aussie 'underground' horror feature, not bad! >>: B The Woman (2011) The sequel story of Jack Ketchum's Offspring and as it's co-written & directed by Lucky Mckee (MAY) so things get bit psychologically 'bloody' twisted this time. But the film takes time to build up its characters first and then...the last 30 minutes turns into quite a grotesque showcase of some grisly violence. >>: B+ Red Riding Hood (2011) The big bad wolf can talk! >>: C The Shrine (2010) On the half way of the film it seems like another pretty average cult horror feature but it turned out quite entertaining in the final showdown. >>: B+ |
Cool I've got The Shrine sitting here might give it a watch tonight.
------ Domino Hated it. Mickey Rourke was great as usual but he couldn't save this one. |
Mothers Day 2011
I actually enjoyed this alot. Reminds of the good old torture and terrorize your victims movies. |

The Devil - 7/10
I know everybody's hating on M. Night at the minute but this is pretty entertaining/intriguing story telling and proof that you don't 120 mins to get your message across. Definitely worth watching. |
The Frankenstein Experiment (2010)
http://i1097.photobucket.com/albums/...jidhdc/TFE.jpg >>: C La Moustache (2005) http://i1097.photobucket.com/albums/.../moustache.jpg One day, on a whim, Marc decides to shave off the mustache he's worn all of his adult life. He waits patiently for his wife's reaction, but neither she nor his friends seem to notice. Stranger still, when he finally tells them, they all insist he never had a mustache. Is Marc going mad? Is he the victim of some elaborate conspiracy? Or has something in the world's order gone terribly awry? A very strange but interesting French movie that somewhat started with a Hitchcockian flavor but slowly descends into Lynchian surreal realm of madness, where nothing is ultimately provable. So it'll frustrate those who demand that a mystery be solved & all questions wrapped up with explanations, as the ending is pretty ambiguous where the audience need to fill the blanks with their own interpretations. >>: A- |
For Y'ur height only
Absolutley terrible but absolutley hillarious. 6.5/10 |

Sounds very Lynchian indeed. I'm on it. |
