Murder by Decree (1979) starring Christopher Plummer as Sherlock Holmes and James Mason as Dr. Watson. Excellent flick with Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson chasing Jack the Ripper.

Paul

It's not as good as Pegg and Frosts first to outings, but still has plenty of laughs and charm. And it's a pretty clever movie all up. I'm looking forwad to these guys working together more hopefully.

7.5/10

I'm still here

This was rather anoying, to long and just really didn't go anywhere. I guess the fact you know it's all a load of shit doesn't help with the entertainment aspect either.

De lift aka The Elevator (1983)

Thanks to NE for the rec. It was a fun viewing. I saw the American version/remake: Down aka The Shaft (which was made by the same director but that was a lengthy-fun-mess of a film starring Naomi Watts:o) years ago on a TV Channel.

Dead & Buried (1981)

The friendly People of Potter's Bluff! Liked it. Don't get me wrong but isn't it a good remake material. Why studios haven't give it a try yet?:D

Kill the Irishman (2011)

After Outpost, Punisher: War Zone and now this one, I'll like to see Mr. Ray Stevenson in more action, thriller or this sorta crime-drama films in future.

No please studios DO NOT REMAKE dead and buried please it is an amazing film and there is no way it can be topped!

Dark Corners (2006) I thoroughly enjoyed this. Kudos to them for making a film that is different and stands out from the crowd. Sadly such a complex and non linear film will not appeal to everyone as you have to fit in the pieces for yourself (clue think why it is called Dark Corners). This is one to think about and enjoy understanding all its multi layeredness.

Bad Biology (2008)This is made by the same director who made Basket Case and Brain Damage. So if you loved those films you will love this. Be aware though that this is fully in the realm of fantasy and comedy so you don't take it too seriously. It is silly even ridiculous at times but nevertheless I was glued to my seat. Not for everyone but if you're a fan of the aforementioned films you will love it.

Laughably awful all the way through, how this got into the top 100 is beyond me. It was almost like it was bad on purpose.
