The Baby's Room
http://ia.media-imdb.com/images/M/MV...0,214,317_.jpg Very creepy and atmospheric. Alex de la Iglesia has a real knack for film making. Check it out on Netflix on demand. |
Source Code: Fairly good movie, but not really my thing. I'm pretty much well done with the slew of whole anti-terrorism, America Fuck Yeah! movies as of late. The ending was also rather weak in my opinion. But it was shot quite well and moved at a good pace. I know that remakes don't really need to follow the original shot by shot, but I really think that they should have at least given Punxsutawney Phil a cameo appearance somewhere.

Laid to Rest
Really getting into horror movie special efx and wanted to see what Robert Hall would do in his first movie as director. Not the best movie but not the worst either. Sub-par plot but i was watching it for the kills and effects, which he did not disappoint in. Enjoyable as a mindless slasher and some good kills. |
Evil Dead II (1987)
Even after all these years, this is stil one of the greatest low budget films ever made. A modern era classic |

SCREAM 3 (2000)
watched it again last night with my ex girlfriend. She liked it a little, it was her first time ever watching this one. I liked it, but it seemed like a comedy and not just a slasher film. Maybe it was because it takes place in Hollywood and it had the same formulas involved as with other early 2000's slasher films that appear to be cheesier than Mac and Cheese. |
