Totally get where you guys are coming from - Honestly, I think I more have a soft spot from my Boston homies, which helped me overlook the weaknesses in the plot. :o

Pretty dissapointing affair from Jon Landis. I expected big things from this but it dropped the ball. Not funny enough - stupid Romomance element and also Not funny enough .

On Its defense there were a few LOL moments and a pretty cool cast (inc Chris Lee/Bill Bailey/Tom Wilkinson/David Schofield/Ronnie Corbett/Reece Shearsmith/Tim Curr etc)..

I thought I SELL THE DEAD did the same thing cheaper and better..

Duck, You Sucker! aka Fistful of Dynamite

Yet more Sergio Leone kickassery. Even with the horribly fake accents and excruciatingly long close-ups of eyes and faces, this movie is so much fun. I'm sure that there was at least a half hour of extreme closeups which really could have been cut without any detriment to the storyline at all.

Paranormal Activity - B
Not bad but lags a bit in places. Borrows heavily from BWP and a little from Ringu.

Zombieland - A-
Great fun, good laughs and I really liked the effects, especially the gruesomeness of the Zombies.
