Havent seen LHOTL and I loved Sixth Sense, so it has to get my vote even though I will get shut out.

I own last house and i would still vote sixth sense. I love both movies to death, but I couldn't get into last house after all the uber hype i had heard about it. it still is a great film though. I love the fact that the creators of 2 of the most recognizable horror icons collaborated on this

sixth sense was too hyped for me plus the ending wasnt a very big suprise like so many say also m. night shamylan has directed nothing but dissapointment imo

i love his style though

to me he overhypes his films nd then he cant back em up

i agree that he does over hype his films. that is why im afraid to see the village. but the strange thing is that my fav of his films seems to be his most hated film. which is unbreakable. and I really love his directing style. like in unbreakable through the whole movie I felt like i was spying on his characters. the way he would hide the camera behind objects, and in the opening scene where he uses the mirror, also how he will start a scene really far away from characters and slowly creep up on them..... I could go on and on...

i dont want to see the village cause its got an anti-bush message to it and i love pres. bush
