Vincent Price.

missmacabre 09-05-2007 08:15 AM

As much as I'm a fan of Bela and have had an obsession with him since a young age, my vote goes to Vincent Price. He's the master of all things creepy.

Dante'sInferno 09-05-2007 08:24 AM

Vincent Price

neverending 09-05-2007 08:28 AM

First match I have found really tough. I will go with the popular choice here- Vincent Price.

Shazbut 09-05-2007 08:58 AM

Vincent Price - for those iconic British Hammer horrors!!

Disease 09-05-2007 09:41 AM

Bela, I owe him one.

Doc Faustus 09-05-2007 09:46 AM

I'm going to go with Vincent Price. He could do what Lugosi did, but showed more often that it came from a real, human place.

Miss Olivia 09-05-2007 09:47 AM

Vincent Price

Just for the record- I assume you mean Roger Corman's American International Pictures Poe adaptations?

That was Peter Cushing & Chris Lee in those iconic British Hammer Horrors.

neverending 09-05-2007 10:10 AM

Okay- really really not fair. Having to chose between Cushing and Lee????

Oh man...

I have a feeling Lee will win, since he's still with us and still scaring us, but I'm going to vote for Peter Cushing.

ferretchucker 09-05-2007 10:16 AM

hmmmm...well, peter was in a doctor who movie which was a remake/ reinventioning of the first episode featuring the daleks. Sorry, i'm a sucker for doctor who. So, I think i'll go with cushing.
