Resident Evil 2
Brings back great memories. |
Occasionally, I play my MMORPG, if I have an hour or so to spare (basicly, when the baby falls asleep)
It's still in open Beta, so there may be a few bugs...It's FREE and it's fun, so I don't complain :) 2 Moons: Bad Moon Rising http://youtube.com/watch?v=H2qzJ-U5_bw http://youtube.com/watch?v=W1QS7CFu9S8 Check it out: http://2moons.acclaim.com/ I have a level 78 Segnale (RayneScorpio) and a level 48 Summoner (BroodWitch) |

i'd love to be able to play that one. gonna have to get a 360 some day. |
I was playing NHL against a friend for hours last night, I think he won more than I did total but I beat him with the Minnesota Wild so I take all the glory.

Gears of War
|
Fight Night Round 3.
Initial bouts are really easy, but it is now starting to get a bit more challenging. Fun game, but I have always been partial to boxing games ever since 4D Sports Boxing. |
Im currently plowing through Elder Scrolls IV and loving it. Got me a cat person and a lizardman, woot!
|
Can't exactly say i'm playin it right now, but i got my copy of GTA IV today.
I might tjeck it out tomorrow or thursday... or maybe sunday.. |

I loved the 64 version. Hm, right now I'm on the last "boss" of SHADOW OF THE COLLOSSUS....it's hard to keep interest in a game that is essentially great, but a bastard of a walk between places. I'll give it this - it's a very nice looking game with great ambient sounds and music, visuals that rival most of what's on the ps2 to this day, and an above average set of fights/encounters - even though few and far between. Worth a look if you've not yet. |

GTA IV
So far I'm LOVING it, even the opening credits kicked ass. The only think I don't like is how dark it is, and I literally mean dark, I had to turn the brightness way up. Also, LCHC is a great station heh. |

Been playing Ratchet and Clank : Tools of Destruction on PS3.
Great 3d effects, and pretty good gameplay all 'round. Storyline...whatever...but yeah, if you liked the ps2 versions of the game, I imagine you'd like this one, the basic gameplay is enhanced, but pretty similar. Better than the PSP version. |
Mario Kart on Wii......Damn, it's addictive.
|
The Simpsons Game on Nintendo DS. Heaps of fun.

Oh please... What happened to the Hard Rock Station from Vice City. It has become an all classic rock station. Totally sucks. But the plusses... Story, awsome. Characters, awsome x 2. But the radio stations sucks. Tv's good fun tho. 9-10/10 |

we'll they're pretty much like zombies .. take a head shot to kill 'em. my problem is that when i get killed - i hate going all the way back and redoing everything - i dont have the patience for it. i abandoned the 'gun' for the plain controller and nunchuk as well, the gun sucked. felt good but you still needed the left hand to hit the A button - so it was pointless. |
When I am done with school for the summer, I am starting Silent Hill Origins on PS2.

Kind of like the first Jak & Daxter. The others were good, but not as good as the first. |

I've been playing "Ratchet and Clank: Tools of Destruction". PS3.
There's been times I've watched my younger brother play the PS2 titles of this series which always looked quite good, and I've had a go at "size matters" on the PSP, which I thought was ok, I guess pretty good for a handheld game of this type, but I felt it lacked any real depth. So...not really a "fan" of the series. Now, as most of you know I work for Playstation, so I get to play a lot of the newer games that have/will come out...and I have to say that, with not a doubt in my mind, this is one of the best games on the PS3. Good learning curve, lots of items and weapons, a great range of enemies, beautiful scenery and graphics (seriously, it's fucking slick AS) great "adventure" storyline and feel, it's funny without being over the top stupid, and it's difficulty level is fine, gets progressively harder but none of the puzzles, bosses, or levels are overly hard (I'm about 70% through), great amount of open ended exploration, tons of hidden areas. It's honestly one of the most well made games I've ever seen, and I'd recommend it for children and adults alike - this would be the perfect game for a parent to play "with" a child too. Quote:

it's a sad thing - you know you're playing too much halo when you walk through the shipping dock at work and you subconciously look in the corners for hiding enemies, and you're keeping an eye open for weapons and ammo

House of the Dead3
|
made more progress with Halo 3 last night when my wife and kid were out :)
it's definately the hardest of the 3 (or maybe it seems like that because i'm playing 'normal' instead of the usual 'easy' i'm at the Citidel now - where there's 2 scarab tanks to defeat |
