The Unknown Man (1951)

Very good courtroom noir, with Walter Pidgeon leading the cast. Really enjoyed it.

Dog Soldiers- enjoyed

Baise Moi-found this a little disapointing

Naked Lunch (1991)

One of my favorite Cronenbergs.

Martin (1977). Martin was a lanky and awkward sort of character, which works perfect to shatter the myths of his existence. Newcomer John Amplas does a splendid job in his pained portrayal of this untoward character who feels real and yet unreal. The rest of the cast does a great job setting the scene for Martin to run amuck and do that which he does best, which is to awkwardly terrorize the community. The ending was unmistakably perfect. This was a nice deviation for the genre, and this cult classic by George Romero should have made more of a mark on horror fans.
