Nice. I assume I have no gluten allergy. What made you think you do?

I don't think I have an allergy to gluten. The other day I was making sort of a play dough for the kids and it just made me get this picture of flour turning into glue in my stomach. So I wanted to stop eating anything with flour. I noticed a difference in my joint pain within days. I don't have constant cravings. It is hard to find things to snack on but the way I feel makes it worth it. And of course the weight is coming off because I'm not eating any starch or wheat. Or JUNK!!

That's actually really inspiring, Bloof! You should make a diet booklet. Call it ''The Bloof Diet''. ::wink::

Thank-you. I've struggled with my weight for years and I tried this and that etc. I'm not even trying to lose weight at this point. I just got disgusted thinking about eating gluey bread but was amazed at how good I suddenly felt. But I mean I'm really...REALLY...not eating any wheat. It's hard.

A fried roti, with some slow cooked bacon and some kind've semi-scrambled/turned eggs. Having some english breakfast tea as well.

Bloof, I find that on the bread thing - switching to less processed/multi/whole grain breads tend to give *me* less of the gluten related downsides.

Yep, I've been looking into spelt sprouted grain or some such type of bread but for now I'm not even craving bread. ::cool::

Black olives, ham slice, mozzarella cheese and an apple.
