Just ate the first candy corn of the season. Unless it was from last season.

Some burrito thing from a food van my work decided to get in.
Bland.
You wouldn't even pick it for "Mexican" in terms of flavour at all.
Fresh salad I guess, that was nice.
It had "Pulled pork" in it, and yet again another place that misses the mark...
I mean shit...it CAN be done well, just don't cook it until it resembles the texture of canned tuna. Cook it whole. Shred it once. Done. One of my biggest pet hates.

Free food and all. I guess that part was fine...but still. Disappointing.

When you're an excellent cook yourself, it's difficult to find food that meets your expectations.

Fair call...but yeah in this case I also think it was another "dumbed down" version of something for fear people would complain about spice or difference. Tasted like what you'd expect to find in a mall food court Mexican joint that has 90 percent white customers.

I just ate a chocolate bar called "epic nuts" ha

My eating habits have been horrible for the last two weeks.

Trying to buck that trend and eat healthier today, so I've had a bagel, some veggies, a little low sodium, low cal tomato soup.
