Sorry to hear that, if he's that much of an asshole you really should leave. You'll be alot better off without someone who appears to do nothing but hurt you. I'm really sorry, wish there was something I could do.

You should care regardless of the kids. You shouldn't have to put up with that type of behavior. :( You deserve better than that...he's a fool.

You've posted before about him hitting you and now this. I'm giving you my honest opinion for what it's worth....leave and leave soon. Your kids will be better off as well, eventually they'll be able to understand and you can explain it to them. But you don't want them to grow up in an abusive environment. And worse case scenario...he could become abusive with the kids. Once again imo, you should leave asap.
