It's actually a really tough match for me. I think Anatomy is awesome, but damn, Devil's Backbone is great.

i've heard great things about the devil's backbone, but haven't scene it. constantine is mediocre so i'm going w/ anatomy (solid flick).

Blade 2 is the worst, IMO. Come on, he does a suplex, how gay is that. I'm surprised he didn't go for the sleeper hold or the figure four. I haven't seen Ichi the killer yet, and I did enjoy May very much. So my vote has to go with May.

In an embarrassing turn of events, Blade 2 pulls out a baffling victory with 7 votes, ahead of Ichi with 3 & May with 2!
Blade 2 - I thought this was a pretty good follow up to the original but Trinity ruined the series for me. May - This was an interesting little artsy film. It was pretty good & I like Jeremy Sisto but I tend to think it gets over-rated a bit here. (Judging by this result though, I could be wrong.) Ichi The Killer - I thought this was bad ass & if I had gotten a vote, it would have went right here. Takashi Miike's best work that I've seen so far... (Not that I'm an Asian film expert or anything though...) Next match coming right up.... |

@bwind- I don't think people ''over-rate'' it, it's a pretty good movie that I think people like alot but I've never heard anybody say it's groundbreaking or anything. It's like Army of Darkness, alot of people love it but nobody's putting it up there with TCM or a Living Dead movie. Could be wrong, but that's how it seems anyway. |

Land of the Dead - I thought it was a pretty disappointing sequel & I didn't like Leguizamo in there at all, but it would have gotten my vote in this round because... Brotherhood of the Wolf - I never saw this, but now I'll make sure to. I recall seeing the previews but for some reason or another, it didn't look that good to me. Crow: Salvation - I haven't seen any of the Crow sequels, but some day I'll get around to watching the whole series in chronological order. Next match coming right up... |
