Death can't stop the thing and Pinhead would need someone to open the cube. The Thing could easily kill Tucker, Dale and Toxie so i'm going with The Thing.

Tucker & Dale kind of already evaded death so it's really between them and The Thing for me. I'd like to believe a couple of good intentioned, naive guys could evade even The Thing so I'm voting for them, even though they won't win in this match.
