Halloween II (2009)

Loved it. A top notch modern slasher and one of the best horror flicks of 2009.

Silver Bullet.
I remembered it from childhood...it's not that bad, interesting twist on the werewolf thing. "ok" effects.

I thought Brad Dourif was really great as Brackett this time around.

After that started to watch this year's H2 last night; but it was too late...almost 4:30 AM! So left the last half for tonight.

Yikes. Think I ve found another worthy entry for the Sickest, Gorific, Disturbing & Controversial 100.

What sayeth thou, Despare? Anyone else?

The Tracy Fragments (aka: "my girlfriend made me watch it, I swear")...

It was a cool movie, I enjoyed Ellen Page going apeshit near the end, it never really reached a resolution but you can make your own assumptions based upon how nuts the character actually is. The weird camera and split scenes bugged but actually thinking about what Tracy is going through in her weird twisted mind, her conception of time made me appreciate the style so much more.
I recommend not watching it with your significant other if you plan on having sex after.

Underworld 2: Evolution and the original Amityville Horror. Amityville remains one of my favourite all time scary movies. Soon, I will watch the Ryan Reynold's remake. :D

Yeah - its a weird mix of humour and mean spiritedness...
