Pretty common & predictable.

Killer's Kiss (1955)

A dazzling film noir thriller piece from young Stanley Kubrick, his 2nd feature film. Beautiful camera works gives a nice preview & lends considerable insight of his later classics for sure.

Borderland.

Above Average. Some trite elements to the storyline, but otherwise good.

Borderland

thought it was going to be a Hostel rip-off-----not so much. Worth a watch and based on a true story [ some elements anyway ]

Forbidden Games (1952). Nothing short of brilliant, this French classic captures the essence of children forced to come to terms with death. More than that, this films captures the innocent egocentricity of childhood, if not its essence in entirety. Juxtaposed with this is the absurd and trite world of adults, whose shenanigans are more silly than any games the children might play. The acting is great, and the children are nothing short of remarkable. The film's title is misleading, so let me say that the forbidden games are not of a sexual nature, which may keep some people from venturing out to enjoying this must-see classic. On a side note, this movie was originally shot as a movie short, but was then made to stand on its own and had to have more footage shot a year later. Imagine the director cringing to keep his child actors from looking looking that much older. Ashe.

Noise.

It just happened to be on tv while I was in the middle of waxing my snowboards. Pretty good movie actually. Tim Robbins plays a man who just can't take the noise of car alarms, burglar alarms, etc and take matters into his own hands. Very funny and I'm pretty sure that at some point, everyone has felt like doing exactly what he does.

I would suggest getting a computer with GOOGLE on it....

I put your post into it and it came up with the Tim Robbins film - how hard is that..

I spelled 'google' correct if you need help putting it into your search engine..
