Clean, Shaven (1993). A wickedly disturbing film that shows the in the schizphrenic. The story is perfectly vague for its intents, but is solid at the same time. Peter Greene portrays the tragic lead powerfully, and his mother, played by Megan Owen, plays her part so well that it seemed that Peter had no choice but to be deranged. Where they found that little girl, the one the permanent "pout face," is a complete mystery. The imagery and hauntingly ubiquitous audio brilliantly allow the viewer a peek into Peter's disturbing reality. The direction was awesome as well. Sadly, as great a film as this is, i doubt many people could actually get through it, let alone enjoy it for what it is. Ashe.

Great film !
The counterpoint between the serious, straightforward visuals and the subjective, layered audio track is just incredible. I hadn't seen anything like before and haven't since.

Underworld. After numerous viewings, the only good about this now is Kate Beckinsale! :D

High Tension
One of the best horror surprises I've seen so far, much better than I anticipated

Oh I'm always serious. Came in with no expectations, but it delivered with the gore, suspense, twist ending, all the qualities that make it one of the most surpisingly good movies in my opinion. I've seen far better movies, but came in with higher expectations on those movies.

Haven't seen this one yet. I've loved everything I've seen by him, though.

By the way, MD, did I send you a message or something about Mondo Vision? If not, they're a Canadian DVD production co. that's has been and is going to be releasing all of his stuff.

you told me and I can't wait. :D

Diabel has the same lead as The third part of the Night, who I was really happy to see again. it comes really close to possession for me, you NEED to watch it. I rented it from zip.ca (canadian version of netflix), I'm sure netflix has it.
