What exactly are Welsh cookies???

Cosmic brownie, covered in peanut butter & zapped in the microwave about 25 seconds.

Not really sure what you'd call this...I guess something loosely a bit like a paella?
This is what I get when myself and the woman collaborate.
We were meant to be having chicken wings.

Chicken wings that were marinated in a garlic and black pepper sauce, a little diced bacon, some chilli inside and outside coated chorizo, and a few baby octopus.
Chopped onion, garlic, tomatoes, carrot, single clove garlic, bay leaf, kaffir lime leaf.
Water. Whole black peppercorns, and a little tomato paste.
Some rice too.
Probably a few other things I'm not remembering just now.
Been cooking it slow after an initial boiling point.

This whole place smells amazing.
Grilling some afghan bread to go with it.

I need to move in with you.

I had some reheated leftover pizza hut pizza.

A slice of thin base pepperoni, and deep pan plain cheese with parsley and oregano.
I added just a little more mozzarella over the top.

Had a glass of filtered water.
About to have some tea.

An overcooked Omaha Steaks kielbasa and a bloody Mary made with Carolina reaper and Trinidad scorpion sauce
