Love those...provided they're fresh enough...ever try your hand at making 'em at home? totally awesome party food.

Yesterday had an excellent freshly made cannoli with a chocolate pastry creme filling.
Grilled up a flatbread fold-over with baby spinach, mozarella, a little tomato paste and some fresh ground nutmeg to share while we waited for some home-made pizzas to be made.

This morning...nothing yet, got a piece of gum now.
Probably gonna have coffee and something light, followed by more gum.

Lamb roast tonight.

They are home made, all the way.

Cooking some chicken soup from scratch...smells so damn good right now.

Had some lamb earlier, leftover roast...fried it up in the gravy we made with it, chopped onions and chilli, mozarella, all thrown into a grilled sandwich.
