@Gore: Sorry you are sick. Take about 8000 mg of Ester C, daily. Grab some of those chewable orangy C's to pop through-out the day. And any other antioxidants you can get your hands on. Grapefruit Seed extract is good as well.(although hard to find certified organic-at least around here) Echinacea is really only good to take as a preventative,it doesn't do much when your already sick:( Hope you feel better soon and all your family trouble gets resolved. |
