Ace Assassins, say hello to your newest team member... FORTUNATO!! A few things I should clear up here... - Contrary to what anyone says, neither Bwana Devil nor Spooks! is horror. The former is an adventure/drama, and the latter is a Three Stooges comedy short. Sorry, guys. - We are talking about movies which have been actually processed as 3D, even as releases or re-releases. For that reason, I have included even those entries which are partially filmed or even partially processed in 3D for re-releases in later versions. Hoaxed stuff on DVD, released by DVD manufacturers, is NOT included. Sorry again. - We are also talking about movies already released. Upcoming releases wont be counted in this. |

The advantage is limited to the remaining 2 contestants in each group, so I think all is fair and well here.
SCOREBOARD The first round of submissions are over, and this is how the Scoreboard looks right now... Team Grindhouse - 100 points, Ace Assassins - 117 points, Killer's Nightmares - 110 points. Assassins are in the LEAD!! Still plenty of time to the deadline. 2 contestants from each group are yet to send in their entries. Will it be a close call? We will see. |

"Crazy busy fixing house & buying cars. Just added a 7th computer to our network which required an additional hub and lots of work running wires under the floor." We just might see 2 mystery contestants enroll in BR II by Friday. Stay tuned to this thread for further details. |

The shed doors are thrown open, and around 25 armed soldiers walk in. They take their places on either side of the shed and turn outwards, assault rifles ready.
A small, wizened old man walks up from behind them to the centre of the large shed. He looks around at the walls and then nods at someone. A hidden button is pressed, and the walls roll back to reveal big glass showcases behind. None of the showcases are empty. All of them are loaded with weapons. The old man smiles to himself, then walks forward to the showcase in the centre and stares. He thinks of something and an evil grin comes over his face. He motions again and slowly walks out, just as the showcases disappear back into the walls and the lights go out. The one in front of which he stood is bathed in an eerie, luminiscent neon green glow. The letters on the tag under it can barely be seen... B. F. G. |

"The silence of the early, overcast morning skies is broken by a droning noise which continuously grows bigger, as a speck in the horizon enlarges itself to reveal a huge helicopter. The attendants signal it down in the centre of the field between the marks, where it lands rather loudly. The doors swing open, and a large metal crate is wheeled out...which is marked "BATTLE ROYALE II HUNTING ZONE". Six attendants lower it down silently and then carry it forward towards the huge doors of the Hunting Zone. One of the attendants stumbles slightly, and the metal crate gets a violent jerk on the left side. A low, snarling growl comes from within the crate. The attendants stare at each other but avoid looking at the crate directly. The soldiers standing in front of the gates motion hurriedly and they walk forward, the huge gates opening in front of them. They walk into The Zone and place the metal crate at the centre, some distance away from the gates. They then break out into a hurried half walk-half run back, and the huge gates are locked behind them. A sniper sitting in the watchtower looks at the lights near him. One of the lights turns green from red, and he pushes it slowly. The metal crate's top slides to one side, and a huge roar echoes through the huge forest inside The Zone. Before the snipers could get a whiff of its presence, the mysterious thing inside the crate disappears into the forest in the blink of an eye...just as a flock of birds fly out from the trees in front of the crate, loudly cawing and chirping in fear." |

All the 8 (present) Team Grindhouse warriors have turned in their entries... ...and their TEAM TOTAL stands at 139 points!! The Nightmares have one remaining, and they are at 130 points!! ...while the Assassins still have two remaining. |
