Yeah, I agree. I had a hard time deciding because number 2 was really original looking. But, I guess the reason I like the original is because it reminds me of the first time I saw Halloween at the drive-in. I was just 5 or 6 at the time, but I remember it well. Ahhh those were the days.

We still have a drive-in where I live but they only show current films.They should show some classics once in awhile.That would kick ass.

Yeah, I saw Fright Night at the drive-in as well. THAT was my favorite drive-in expieriance of them all. It was a blast!!!
About what you said reffering to showing classic horror at the drive-in, there is an idea I have had for a long time regarding this. We have an old drive-in here which went out of business a few years back, I wish I could buy it and show ONLY the classic scary films. That would be an awsome idea. Ive always wanted to do that, along with running a haunted house. :D

though B is the cover of the version i got i really like the cool comic feel of A, i was kinda undecided untill i looked at the detail around the kids room, the flashlight under the armpit, the dawn of the dead poster...reminds me of when id read ..... ummm ... "books" in bed at night. Though i really like them both...

Style B, it's one of my favorite horror movie posters.

thing is, they both work equally for the style of the movie. Style A plays off the pulp horror comic feel of the movie, and Style B plays off the old pulp horror movie feel of the movie. I'm undecided.
