anyway, we don't have the holiday on Sunday. Friday & Saturday are Govt. holidays...so that people can have more & more 'leisure' times to make a contribution to this 'overpopulation' scenario! But my office allows me to have a only one day off in a week and that is Friday.:( |

Horrible. You've got a little less than 10.000 square kilometres compared to Denmark, but we only have a population of 5,3 millions. Do you have to tand up when you sleep? |
are we doing pimp your crib ?

(my wife made a mess of the back yard when she cut it) http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a1/urgeok/DSC_8408.jpg http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a1/urgeok/DSC_8409.jpg http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a1/urgeok/DSC_8410.jpg http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a1/urgeok/DSC_8411.jpg |

My town's kinda rural. I'll post a picture when I get home but I'm at a friends house for the night.
|
Quote:
the town i live in was voted "best place to live in America" 10 years in a row.... which came to a screeching halt 10 years ago. (87 to 97) As NH goes, though, its a nice town. Big mall, plenty of Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks. Its close to Massachusetts, so we have a lot fo assholes from there up here (no offense to the people from Mass here, but the term "Masshole" didn't come about by accident) We are close enough to Boston to have access to a lot of urban perks, but far enough away that we dont have to deal with people from boston, which is always nice. |

The Masshole/New Hampshire tension has definitely taken its toll, though. I have a personal vendetta against New Hampsire drivers. Sure - Us Massholes speed, cut people off, and manage to make extra lanes at stoplights that don't exist (that's my personal favorite), but at least we know how to use the lefthand lane. It drives me crazy; I find that 9 times out of 10 if I'm stuck behind someone barely doing the limit in the lefthand lane - They're from New Hampshire. LIVE FREE OR DIE - BE MY GUEST ... But I have no doubt that you're a good driver, Vod. :p |
Anyone know who this guy is? ;)
http://i124.photobucket.com/albums/p...Picture001.jpg It's our very own Angra! In person!! :D |

Im far from perfect, but I am not slow. That comes from the fatc that NH is Geriatric central... I thinkwe have one o fthe highest "Senior to young person" ratios in the US. For the record, i drive like im in a chase scene :) And have 2 speeding tickets in the last 6 months to prove it (not that I'm proud of that...) |
So, right now I live in the neighborhood of Charles Village in Baltimore:

Vernon neighborhood, also in Baltimore: http://i97.photobucket.com/albums/l2...baltimore1.jpg Here's the Washington Monument in Mt. Vernon, the one is DC is actually the second one they built, this in Baltimore being the first. http://i97.photobucket.com/albums/l2...unt_vernon.jpg And no, I didn't take any of these pictures myself. :p |
