I can't really understand dressing up for something like this...I mean, I love dressing up like fictional characters as much as the next guy (I'm sure you've all seen my Joker pics by now), but if I was going to be in a position where I'd be meeting some of my idols/heroes/favourite personalities, I wouldn't want them to just see me as another random geek in a suit.
But, to each their own I suppose... |

That Jean Grey, Zombie in Training, and other guy had to have JUST posed for me and my friend or were just getting to us because I have a picture (I'll post it soon) of those three. Namor was disturbing and I think it might have been the same guy who wore the fuzzy white outfit but you should have got a picture of him with his Rainbow Bright wife... wtf. As for the Cobra, there were two of them and one was a guy for sure. |

Shawnee
Sorry to hear you had a disappointing time meeting Shawnee Smith. I when to her Q&A and she was very pleasant and afterward I headed downstairs to meet her. She was incredibly kind, talked alot about her music (I love her band!) and a reporter was there and took some photos of Shawnee and I with a few other fans. She was very attentive when I spoke and smiled alot, her eyes definitely did sparkle. It was earlier on in the day though. If I were her, I'd be drained by the end of it all too. The festival was fantastic but was the most exhausting 3 days of my life! :p
We met Sid Haig, Tobe Hooper, Wes Craven and the cast of Evil Dead the Musical as well. You got a great pic with Wes, sadly I couldn't afford to shell out the $200 to get a pic with him. http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y20...106_edited.jpg |
